Right as CM Punk ties John Cena for being champion for 380 days, his title reign is in jeopardy.
According to the WWE website, Punk is currently having surgery on his knee. The procedure is taking place in Pensacola, Florida.
It is not know what knee the surgery is being done on. More details will come in with that information.
After being attacked by Ryback and put through a table by him – after being hit with a ladder and chair – he took a late night trip to Florida after the taping in Greensboro, North Carolina. Once arriving, he had an emergency consultation with Dr. James Andrews, the famed sports surgeon.
Once the consultation was over, Andrews immediately performed surgery on Punk to fix the issue.
