Titans Noebels named ECHL Rookie of the Month for December

Trenton Titans forward Marcel Noebels was a big part of the team’s success in December.
He helped the team to a 7-4-3 record, and has been named the Reebok Hockey ECHL Rookie of the Month. He scored nine goals and assisted on 12 of his teammates’ goals for 21 points in 14 games.
There was a streak, where he had at least one point in 12 of the 14 games in the month. He also had five multi-point games.
He had a four point game on December 1st with 3 goals and an assistant in the Titans 7-6 win against the Elmira Jackals. He also had a three point night, with a goal and two assists in the Titans 5-2 win over the Fort Wayne Komets and a three assist night in a 5-4 loss at the Reading Royals on December 28th.
He leads the Titans and all ECHL rookies with 30 points in 31 games. He has 11 goals and 19 assists on the season.
