According to NBC Philadelphia, an MMA gym in Philadelphia has reopened. Logic Philadelphia has opened despite an executive order from Governor Wolf that gyms should be closed due to the global coronavirus pandemic.

Kristian Woodmansee, the owner of Logic Philadelphia, claimed that he can operate the business safely. He claimed that there should no problem in an interview even though it’s against the mandate.
“I’ll open up and I’ll deal with the consequences,” Woodmansee said in the interview.”
He said that he made the decision to open up on Monday night due to his family. He also said his staff that has family.
“I’d rather open and fail, then be indefinitely closed and definitely fail,” Woodmansee said.
Classes are limited to 15 people are less. Mats are also cleaned after some one uses it.
Logic Philadelphia’s opening comes hours after a New Jersey gym also opened against an executive order. Atilis Gym in Bellmawr, New Jersey opened at 8 am on Monday.
Frank Trumbetti, the co-owner of Atilis Gym, claimed that the re-opening was a ‘question of Constitutional rights,’ NBC 10 reports.
“We truly believe that if we don’t do this, in the end, we will have zero rights and no say in what happens,” Trumbetti said.
