There were indications that he could be traded by Tuesday’s deadline. However, the Diamondbacks have not received the offer that has peaked their interest.

Several teams have inquired with the Diamondbacks about Drew. However, nothing is imminent, and GM Kevin Towers said the team hasn’t been presented with a good offer.

For the next several months, he is expected to stay in Arizona. But once the off-season comes, the team could look into trading Drew again.

At that time, they will have more time to make a deal.
