The Minnesota Twins have added depth to their starting rotation.
The Twins have signed Kevin Correia to a two-year, $10 million dollar deal. He comes to the Twins from the Pittsburgh Pirates.
He had a 4.21 ERA in 171 innings this past season in PNC Park, but now will be moving to the pitcher-friendly Target Field. Before signing with the Twins, he was offered contract proposals by the Rockies, Orioles, Brewers, Royals and a team in Japan.
He was 12-11 in 28 starts last season. He gave up 80 earned runs with 46 walks in the 171 innings.
