Rutgers redshirt sophomore Jawan Jamison has decided to leave college two years early for the NFL draft.
He is leaving two years of eligibility on the table for the move to the NFL. This season, he had a team-best 1,075 yards and four touchdowns. He also had 28 receptions for 323 yards and two touchdowns.
In his career, he has rushed for 1,972 yards and 13 touchdowns. He played in 25 games for the Scarlet Knights.
“Jawan has been an exciting player for us during his career,” said Rutgers head coach Kyle Flood. “He is a running back with tremendous vision, great balance and has the gift to make people miss in the open field. We wish Jawan well as he begins his journey to play in the NFL.”
