The Chicago Bulls have been rumored as the likely destination for free agent guard Daequan Cook in recent days.
Now, it is official, as Cook and the Bulls have agreed to an undisclosed contract. He began the season with the Houston Rockets, before being released on January 2nd.
With the Rockets, he played in 16 games, and was averaging 3.4 points and 1.1 rebounds.
He was apart of the Houston Rockets-Oklahoma City Thunder trade in October that sent James Harden, the reigning Sixth Man of the Year, to Houston. He played two seasons with the Thunder being the trade.
The Bulls will be receiving a three-point specialist, who brings a career 36.5 three-point percentage to Chicago. He won the three-point shootout competition in the 2009 All-Star Weekend in Phoenix
