Destination X 2007 pay-per-view results

TNA Wrestling held its Destination X pay-per-view last night from the Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida.

The Latin American Xchange (Homicide and Hernandez), along with their manager Konnan, defeated Team 3D (Brother Ray and Brother Devon, who had Johnny Rodz in their corner, in a Ghetto Brawl.

Homicide was able to pin Devon, after interference from Alex Shelley, who hit Devon with a camera before a Frog Splash, through the table.

In a Double bull rope match, James Storm and Jacqueline Moore defeated Petey Williams and Gail Kim. Storm super kicked Williams, before pinning him.

Senshi defeated Austin Starr in the third match in a Crossface Chickenwing match. Senshi forced him to submit with the Crossface Chickenwing.

Starr was frustrated with the loss that he then attacked Bob Backlund, who was ringside, then put him in the Crossface Chickenwing.

Then, The Voodoo Kin Mafia (B.G. and Kip James) defeated The Heartbreakers (Antonio Thomas and Romeo Roselli), who had Christy Hemme in their corner. B.G. got the win on Thomas following a pump handle slam.

In a Two out of Three Fails Match, Chris Sabin was able to retain his TNA X Division Championship over Jerry Lynn. Lynn put Sabin down one fall with a Tornado DDT.

Then, Sabin tied the match at 1-1 when he used the ropes to get leverage and the pin over Lynn. Sabin got the second pinfall when he used the Cradle Shock following the distraction of a masked man to defeat Lynn.

The masked man would turn out to be Christopher Daniels, who hit the Angel’s Wings on Sabin. Then, hit Lynn with the X Division belt.

Rhino defeated A.J. Styles in an Elevation X match. Rhino received the win when he was able to knock Styles off of the structure.

In another single’s match, Kurt Angle was able to defeat Scott Steiner. Angle used a Sunset Flip off of the top-rope to secure the win.

Sting defeated Abyss in the Last Rites match. Sting put Abyss in the casket, before shutting the lid on him for the win.

Christian Cage defeated Samoa Joe to keep his NWA World Heavyweight Championship. Cage used the ropes for leverage when he flipped over from being in the Coquina Clutch for the win.
