Colin Kaepernick first thought he might be drafted in the 7th round, or possibly undrafted after April’s draft. After the Bowl game, many experts were considering Kaepernick to be a very late round pick. Some even had him going undrafted.

Kaepernick has improved his draft stock tremendously at the Senior Bowl. He can even raise his stock even more, before Saturday’s Senior Bowl. The Senior Bowl will air on the NFL Network starting at 4 pm.

Due to his performances at the Senior Bowl, Kaepernick has now become a second round pick. Fox Sports’ Adam Caplan has called Kaepernick “the best quarterback in the field in Mobile.” Sports Illustrated’s Tony Pauline has predicted that Kaepernick will go in the second round.

Pauline has also said that the Miami Dolphins and the Minnesota Vikings are both interested in Kaepernick. Also, there are reports that say the Dolphins highly regard Kaepernick.
