Jake Delhomme thought Cleveland was going to be his home for two seasons.
Delhomme will only spend one-year in Cleveland. Delhomme is expected to be released this off-season.
It’s surprising that he wasn’t apart of the initial round of roster cuts by the Browns on Wednesday. Delhomme was expected to make $5.4 million next season, which would have been the final year of his contract.
He was never expected to fulfill to the second year of his contract. Now, back on the free agent market, Delhomme is only expected to receive minimal interest, especially only has a back up now.
