The Wings are 2-6 at home this season. Philadelphia has dropped all three games to the Knighthawks this season.

Philadelphia has one game left on their season. Rochester has two games left.

“Obviously, you’re always looking for momentum, but you try to take each weekend, one game at a time,” said Knighthawks captain Shawn Williams. “You don’t want to get too far ahead of yourself. We would like to win out, but we don’t know if that will happen.”

The Knighthawks scored five goals in the second quarter. They had five more goals in the final two quarters.

The Wings had two goals after the first two quarters. Then scored four goals in the final two quarters.

Cody Jamieson and Williams scored two goals each for the Knighthawks. Chris Driscoll, Mike Accursi, Jarrett Davis, Jordan Hall, Shawn Evans, and Craig Point also scored.

Drew Westervelt scored three goals for the Wings. Ryan Boyle, Max Seibald, and Jeff Reynolds also scored.

“He’s a good goal scorer, that’s for darn sure,” coach Hasen said of Westervelt’s 3 goal performance. “He got to us early, the very first goal, and then added several later on. Guys like that can go on a streak at any time.”
