Joel Zumaya was one a flame thrower in the Majors.
But that has not been the cause due to injuries in the past few years. Now, he will undergo another surgery on his arm that will make him miss time.
Zumaya will undergo exploratory surgery on his right elbow next Tuesday. He was first scheduled to rehab the elbow for six weeks, but changed his mind.
There’s no potential timetable for his return from his surgery at this time.
