Conseco Fieldhouse is now the Bankers Life Fieldhouse

By Anthony Caruso III | Publisher

The Indiana Pacers will no longer play at the Canseco Fieldhouse.

The Pacers will now be playing at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The team announced the naming rights change with executives from the Carmel-based CNO Financial Group.

The Conseco Inc name was changed by the insurance company last year, and Bankers Life was one of its major product lines. The Conseco name was on the arena since it opened in 1999.

The Pacers received $40 million over 20 years in a naming rights deal. But the new arena signs will be in place by early 2012.
