The Seattle Seahawks finally have a member of the Pro Bowl player. Free safety Earl Thomas has become the first Seahawks player to make the Pro Bowl since the 2008 season.
That year, the Seahawks sent linebacker Julian Peterson and offensive tackle Walter Jones to Hawai’i.

Thomas, who was a first-round pick in the 2010 NFL Draft, has been rated as the eighth-best safety in the league, according to Pro Football Focus. Thomas has played in all 15 games this season.
In those 15 games, he had 92 tackles, 2 interceptions, and 6 pass deflections. He leads the Seahawks in tackles and also has 2 fumble recoveries.
Thomas is not the only Seahawks player selection. He’ll be joined in Hawai’i by Marshawn Lynch, Kam Chancellor, Brandon Browner and Michael Robinson.
