Andrew Luck did not have the luck in the Fiesta Bowl, but he shouldn’t hang his head about that. Luck, a redshirt junior quarterback, has played his final collegiate football game.
He has not announced his decision yet. But he’s expected to be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft.

Luck had 27 completions on 31 attempts for 347 yards and two touchdowns in an overtime loss to the No. 3 ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys in the Fiesta Bowl in Glendale, Arizona. His stats increase to 92 completions on 132 attempts for 988 yards and 12 touchdowns against ranked teams.

Luck has gone 288 of 404 for 3,517 passing yards through 13 games, including this bowl game. He has also had 37 touchdown passes and 10 interceptions.
The 3,517 passing yards were the most he has had in his three years on a college campus. It surpassed the 3,338 yards that he had during the 2010 season.
The 37 touchdown passes were also the most he had in a college season. He surpassed his 2010 tally of 32 touchdown passes by five touchdowns.
While it has not been confirmed yet, the belief around the NFL is that Luck will be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts. It is the Colts’ first No. 1 overall pick since drafting Peyton Manning with the top pick in the 1998 NFL draft.
In April, the Colts can make their decision known. The Colts are on the clock until April 26th at 8 pm when the NFL Draft starts from the Radio City Music Hall in New York City, New York.
The Colts have the No. 1 overall pick after going 2-14 on the season. The Colts lost their first 13 games as future Hall of Famer Peyton Manning has been sidelined with a neck injury.
