Former Penn State Nittany Lions assistant coach Jerry Sandusky’s attorney wants all the charges against his client to be dismissed. Lawyer Joseph Amendola has argued that some of the charges are general and non-specific in the pre-trial motion.

He also said that the defense cannot be prepared for them. In addition, he argued that the statute of limitations has run out on charges for eight of the 12 alleged victims.
