Former New York Giants running back Tiki Barber is now moving forward with his May wedding.
Barber could not get married until his divorce settlement with his ex-wife Ginny Barber was finalized, which was reached on Wednesday. The two were married for 11 years.
Ginny reportedly divorced Tiki after she found out that he was cheating on her with former NBC intern, Tracy Lynn Johnson. In Tiki and Ginny’s 11-years together, the couple had two sons and two daughters.
Johnson and Barber got engaged shortly after Tiki and his ex-wife separated. But the divorce settlement held them up from getting married.
Ginny was pregnant with Tiki’s twin daughters when the couple separated. Once that happened, a lot of people looked at Tiki differently.
Johnson’s relationship with Barber led to NBC firing him from his $300,000 dollar contract for a morality clause.
