Raegan Pebley has resigned from her position as the Utah State women’s basketball head coach.

Pebley, the winningest head coach of the Aggies women’s basketball program, is expected to become the Fresno State women’s basketball coach. Fresno State is moving to the Mountain West Conference next season.

She replaces Adrian Wiggins, who left Fresno State to take the head coaching position at Ole Miss. She inherits a team that went to the NCAA tournament this season and is receiving many of its players back next season.

“My experience at Utah State has been priceless,” Pebley said. “I am grateful that I was given the opportunity to restart the women’s basketball program and help develop it into the program it is today. Thank you to the entire Cache Valley community, who have given my family precious memories and relationships.”
