The Boston Celtics could be in an 0-2 hole shortly.

The Celtics chances of being the Atlanta Hawks could diminsh some when point guard Rajon Rondo is suspended for one game. He was ejected in the final minute of Game 1 vs. the Atlanta Hawks after disagreeing with a call and bumping a referee.

The NBA has not made the announcement yet. But on Monday, the NBA is expected to make the announcement, as mild contact with a referee always results in a one-game suspension.
