Many people were wondering why Brandt Jobe hasn’t competed on the PGA Tour recently.
MyFoxDFW.com is reporting that Jobe hasn’t competed, because his house was burglarized. The incident reportedly happened in Westlake, Texas on July 4th.
The same report says his house was one of three houses burglarized. In addition, the residence of former NFL player and 1982 Heisman Trophy winner Herschel Walker was also broken into.
In his 18 starts this season, he has cashed in on 10 of those starts. He last cashed in with a tied for 34 place at the AT&T National in Maryland on July 1st. He is currently 143rd in the FedEx Cup standings.
“It appears the individual who broke into [the home of Dr. Gabriel Shahwan] broke into other homes. We determined that by looking at how they got in,” said Police Lt. Brenda Slovak. “We’re looking at if there’s any correlation between the three houses, any kind of correlation between service workers, maids or that kind of thing.”
