Yesterday, offensive lineman Ben Ijalana and linebacker A.J. Edds tore their ACL. The injury will cost each player the 2012 season.

Tearing his ACL is nothing new to Ijalana, as he torn his ACL in his left knee last season. This ACL injury is in his right knee.

He suffered last season’s injury in a 24-17 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 4. He was a second round pick by the Colts in the 2011 NFL draft.

Edds, on the other hand, was supposed to have a big part on the Colts defense this season. He played in eight games last season, where he made 12 tackles.

He was a former fourth round pick by the Miami Dolphins in the 2010 NFL draft.
