The Toronto Maple Leafs have agreed to terms with their 2011 first round pick.
The team signed forward Tyler Biggs to a three-yea contract. It is an entry-level contract that will allow him to work his way up to the Maple Leafs team.
He was drafted with the 22nd pick in the first round of the 2011 draft. He was a member of the Miami-Ohio Red Hawks, where he scored nine goals and had 17 points in 37 games.
He also helped the United States to the 2010 and 2011 under-18 World Championships, where the USA won goal medals.
