Rogers said that he failed multiple drug tests while a member of the Tennessee football team. He was suspended by Vols head football coach Derek Dooley after his latest on August 23rd.

“There were a couple of drug tests, and it was about me being a young, immature guy and those are things that I’ve got to work on,” Rogers said.

Rogers is eligible to play right away and is expected to play for Tennessee Tech this coming Saturday. Many of his former high school teammates are on the Tennessee Tech roster.
