Victor Cruz had a brutal night.
Cruz, the New York Giants breakout star, seemed like he had salsa on his hands all night. And he didn’t score a touchdown, so he wasn’t able to do the salsa in the end zone.
He had three drops in the game. He was the first Giants player with 3 drops in a game since Mario Manningham in Week 4 of the 2009 season.
He was targeted 11 times, but only had six catches for 58 yards. He was tied with Cowboys wide receiver Kevin Ogletree with the game-high 11 targets.
He should get a tongue-lashing from offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride in film room once they review his performance.
