The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are shopping back up running back LeGarrette Blount.
Blount has seen less time after the Bucs used a first-round pick on running back Doug Martin, who has taken over the primary role. Several league executives believe Blount would be traded by Tuesdayy’s 4 pm trade deadline.
The Bucs could probably get a sixth round or seventh round pick for Blount, who was last year’s starter. If he is moved, the team will come on D.J. Ware and rookie Michael Smith to back up Martin.
Blount has appeared in 7 games this season. He had 33 rushes for a 116 yards and two touchdowns.
