Pittsburgh Steelers starting quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has left the Monday Night Football game.
Roethlisberger left early in the third quarter with a right shoulder injury. He injured his shoulder when he was sacked and sandwiched in between Kansas City Chiefs’ Justin Houston and Tamba Hali.
After being hit, he fell to the ground on his shoulder. He was seen on the on the sidelines with the injury, before immediately heading to the locker room.
Once in the locker room, he underwent tests, before leaving on a cart. While Roethlisberger is out, veteran backup Byron Leftwich came in to lead the Steelers offense.
