A Canadian Football League coach could leave North of the Border to return to the States to coach in the NFL. According to the Chicago Tribute, Montreal Alouettes head coach Marc Trestman is the favorite to be the Chicago Bears head coach.

If he is named head coach, he would replace Lovie Smith, who was fired after the season. The writer for the story in the Tribune said he wouldn’t be surprised if Trestman was the last man standing.
