DeJuan Blair has not gotten over the loss in the NBA Finals in June.
Blair, a former forward for the San Antonio Spurs, saw his team lose in Game 7 of the NBA Finals in Miami. They were seconds away from winning Game 6, before the Heat came back on a Ray Allen three point basket.
The Heat would win Game 6 to force the historic Game 7 of the Finals. Now, Blair has told the Dallas Morning News that should he had played more in the NBA Finals, the Spurs would have won.
“Of course I want to get back,” said Blair. “I don’t think [the Spurs] would have came up short if I would’ve played but, hey, keep that out there.”
He had a tough finish of his career with the Spurs, before signing with the Dallas Mavericks this off-season.
