Cleveland Browns front office executive Jon Sandusky is in trouble. Yet, the son of former Penn State defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky will not be able to have a tarnished name, as his father does with raping young boys.

His father is presently in jail for the rest of his life. The younger Sandusky was arrested early Tuesday at 1:50 am for suspicion of DUI.

This summer, the Denver Broncos suspended two employees for DUI arrests. Eventually, they both rejoined the Broncos.

The 36-year-old Sandusky was first spotted as he was making an illegal turn by police. He was then pulled over and eventually arrested in Fargo, North Dakota.

It is believed that he was in Fargo to recruit the No. 1 ranked North Dakota State Bison at the time of his arrest. The Bison have won back-to-back FCS National Championships.
