The Tennessee Titans want to rid themselves of former first round draft pick Kenny Britt.

Britt has been arrested nearly 10 times since entering into the NFL several years ago, and that has made teams reluctant to trade for him. According to CBS Sports, the Titans would like a third round draft pick in return for Britt.

Of course, the teams have scoffed at that asking price for Britt. And some have even offered a late round draft pick for Britt, but the Titans have turned down that offer.

This season, he has been one of the league’s worst wide receivers when he has been on the field. Plus, his contract is up after the season and his off-the-field issues have come up, as well.

The Detroit Lions, San Francisco 49ers, and the New England Patriots are interested in Britt. The Titans have until October 29th to make up their minds to accept a trade for Britt.

With his reduced role, the Titans will have to accept a late round pick to get rid of Britt. CBS Sports Insider Jason La Canfora believes that a fifth-round draft pick could seal the deal between the Titans and those three teams that are interested in him.

This season in four games, he has six receptions for 52 yards.
