Glenn Gronkowski, a redshirt freshman, is a member of the Kansas State football team. His team is facing the Michigan Wolverines in the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl in Tempe, Arizona.

Gronkowski is a fullback and a tight end for the Cougars. In the game, so far, the younger Gronkowski has one reception in the game for 46 yards.

At some point tonight or tomorrow morning, the NFL superstar is expected to fly back to New England. He will be on the sidelines, as the Patriots take on the Buffalo Bills at 4:25 pm on CBS.

Gronkowski has been out for the season after suffering a torn ACL and MCL against the Cleveland Browns on December 8th. He will not return to the Patriots until the beginning of the 2014 campaign at the earliest.

This season, Gronk, as he is commonly known, played in just 7 games. He had 39 receptions for 592 yards and 4 touchdowns.
