Hernandez is expected to go to trial in the Lloyd case in October. If convicted, he will be spending life in jail.

This is not the only murder that Hernandez has been charged with. A few weeks ago, he was charged with two additional murders in Boston after a drive-by shooting in July 2012.

It could be proven later that Hernandez played the 2012 season after the double murder.

Just yesterday, he was in court for charges that he attacked a fellow inmate while in jail for the Lloyd murder.
