The Chicago Bears have decided to move right tackle Jordan Mills to left guard. The move should be for the rest of the season.
In Week 8, left guard Matt Slauson suffered a torn pectoral and will miss the rest of the season. The team tried Eben Britton in Slauson’s spot, but that hasn’t worked out.
Now, it is Mills job for at least this weekend, and possibly the rest of the season. With Mills now moving inside, rookie Michael Ola will move to Mills old position at right tackle.
Jermon Bushrod will stay at left tackle and Roberto Garza will start at center. Kyle Long will be at right guard.
