For the second straight week, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be without corner Alterraun Verner. He will not play tomorrow against the Washington Redskins.

Verner has been dealing with a hamstring injury. Moments ago, he was downgraded to out for the Week 11 contest.

He has practiced on a limited basis the past two weeks. But hasn’t been able to give it a go.

With Verner not able to play, Crezdon Butler is expected to receive the start on the opposite side of Johnthan Banks.

Butler and Banks are a downgrade of the talent of Verner. Expect Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III to target Pierre Garcon and DeSean Jackson a lot on Sunday afternoon.

Verner has only missed two games since signing a free agent contract in the off-season. He has 45 tackles, an interception, and a forced fumble in 8 games.

Prior to last week, he never missed a game in his NFL career. He played in all 72 games between the Tennessee Titans and the Bucs.
