The New England Patriots are playing it safe today. There’s little for the Pats to play for, as they’ve already clinched the top seed in the AFC.

Many of the players, who has had problems with injuries in the past will not play. Of that bunch, which is led by tight end Rob Gronkowski. RobGronkowski

Gronk will be inactive for the game, and it doesn’t appear like many of the offensive cogs will play much. Also, expect quarterback Tom Brady to play some if he does at all.

The team has not announced yet if he’ll play, or if rookie Jimmy Garoppolo will start.

With the talented tight end out, Tim Wright will be the starter. Gronk has 82 receptions for 1,124 yards and 12 touchdowns.
