Ronda Rousey has shown that nobody can compete with her. Rousey put Cat Zingano away in just 14 seconds at UFC 184 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

Rousey put Zingano with a straight arm lock for a tap-out submission win. The 14-second win is the quickest in championship history.

“We were expecting that she might come out and do something flying at me right away,” Rousey said. “That’s not usually how you land an armbar at that angle, but it works. … It was a lot like judo transitions, where you scramble the second you hit the ground.”

This is Zingano’s first loss in the UFC. She is now 9-1, and she said that she wanted to fight Rousey again immediately in the postgame interview.

“I want to do it again,” she said. “I just … (The armbar) was in, but it wasn’t in. She did it. She won. She did good.”

However, President Dana White likely will not allow that to happen. His biggest bantamweight star will continue to move up the latter, while Zingano drops back.

Rousey is now a perfect 6-0 as the UFC women’s bantamweight champion. Her past two fights have gone a combined 30 seconds.

Sara McMann was the last competitor to give her a challenge. That fight went a minute and six seconds.

This was the third fight in UFC history that featured two fighters, who were undefeated. Rousey is 2-0 as the champion in these matches; however, the other champion lost.
