Cruz Pedregon has picked up his fourth straight No. 1 qualifier at the Amalie Oil NHRA Gatornationals. Pedregon picked up the top spot with a 4.022 pass.

He’ll face Dave Richards in the first round.

“Conditions were very similar to when we ran Friday,” Pedregon added. “We were trying to be steady today and not really try to improve the time. We figured if it was there, it was there.”

Del Worsham also stayed in second place from yesterday with a 4.057 run. He’ll face Blake Alexander in the first round.

John Force, the only Chevy Camaro in the Top 3, had a 4.068 pass. He’ll face Jim Dunn Racing‘s rookie John Hale in the first round.

Tim Wilkerson
is fourth in his Ford Mustang following a 4.080 run. He’ll face Pedregon’s brother Tony, who qualified 13th.

Jack Beckman, who is looking for his first win since St. Louis 2012, will face Chad Head in the first round. Beckman went 4.081 in his Dodge Charger.
