Apparently free agent wide receiver Stevie Johnson may not be signing with the New England Patriots after all. He has reportedly left the team’s facility without a contract.

Besides the Patriots, Johnson has drawn interest from the San Diego Chargers. He could also visit the Chargers next before making a decision.

With no deal, he could shop around before striking a new deal, which could potentially increase his value.

Last season, he spent time with the San Francisco 49ers. However, the team has no interest in re-signing him after releasing him.

That was his lone season with the 49ers after spending his first six seasons with the Buffalo Bills. As a 49er, he had 35 receptions for 435 yards and three touchdowns.

It was his worst season since his first two season when he had 12 receptions for 112 yards combined in 2008 and 2009.
