The New Orleans VooDoo made the move to get rid of one of the best defensive backs in the Arena Football League. According to the ArenaFan.com Facebook page, the VooDoo will receive future considerations in the deal.
At this time, neither team has confirmed the deal. However, it is expected to be a done deal.
The VooDoo will have several weeks to determine, who will be going to New Orleans. It will be one of the players, who the KISS will be willing to give up and not one of their good players.
In his short-lived tenure with the VooDoo, he had 14 tackles and four assisted tackles. He also had five pass breakups.
The 30-year-old was let go in the off-season by the Philadelphia Soul once the team signed free agent Brandon Freeman. He came to the team from the Pittsburgh Power, along with several other players, once the Power ceased operations.
In January, he would sign a free agent contract with the Arizona Rattlers. He would go to training camp with the Rattlers.
However, late in their training camp, it was clear that he wasn’t going to be a part of the team’s plays. So, before the AFL rosters were set, he was traded to the VooDoo for future considerations.
