ENGLISHTOWN – Antron Brown can finally check Old Bridge Township Raceway Park off his list once against. The Chesterfield, N.J. driver has finally won here since he made the since to Top Fuel years ago.

There are only 10 drivers ever to accomplish this milestone. He also had nearly a 120-point lead over his teammate Tony Schumacher, as AB leads 751 to 633.
Brown wasn’t the only Don Schumacher Racing driver to win here at the historic track. Matt Hagan went through a tough field to take home the wally following a very close win over Alexis DeJoria.
In fact, Hagan went a 4.132 to DeJoria, who had a 4.138. He also went 299.53 mph to the Tequila Patron XO Café driver that followed with a 298.40.
This is the 48th time that DSR has doubled-up in the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series.
Greg Anderson took home the Pro Stock title over Mopar-powered Allen Johnson. Summit Racing’s Anderson went 6.504 at 214.31 to AJ’s 6.537 at 213.87.
Anderson has won this event six times in his career, which now ties Larry Dixon with the most ever by an active driver. Only the legendary Kenny Bernstein has more than the two drivers with seven.
The Pro Stock Motorcycle race was over before it really began. Jimmy Underdahl red-lighted, which disqualified him from the get-go.
Jerry Savoie, the Gator Hunter when he’s not racing, would coast to the win from there with a 6.794 at 197.71 mph. Underdahl’s run did not count since he went red.
