On Friday, the Duke Blue Devils got the top-ranked recruit in Harry Giles. Giles picked Duke over the Kentucky Wildcats, the Kansas Jayhawks and the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.

The Wildcats shouldn’t be worried as they picked up point guard De’Aaron Fox today. He had officially committed to head coach John Calipari and the team.

He picked the Wildcats over the Jayhawks, Arizona Wildcats, Lousiville Cardinals and the LSU Tigers. He was the seventh-best prospect in the nation.

This is the second five-star recruit in Coach Cal’s 2016 class. Wenyen Gabriel is other.

With Fox in the fold, the team is hoping that he’ll be able to convince shooting guard Malik Monk, the top-ranked SG, to come to Lexington, as well.
