Ezekiel Elliott had a car crash before team left for the Fiesta Bowl

The Ohio State Buckeyes football team has a headache on their hands right now. According to reports, their star running back Ezekiel Elliott was involved in a car accident.

This car crash happened before the Buckeyes departed to Arizona to play in the Fiesta Bowl. He should be fine to play against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on January 1st.

The Columbus Police said that Elliott was not injured in the accident. However, there was another individual, who was injured.

The police said this person suffered minor injuries. Elliott has been cited by the police for driving under suspension, driving without a license, and for failure to control his car.

No court date has been listed yet in the case.

This is speculation that Elliott may be appearing in his final game with the Buckeyes. He is expected to be a first-round pick in next April’s draft.

This season, Elliott has had 262 carries for 1,672 rushing yards in 12 games. He has also scored 19 rushing touchdowns.

Elliott has also had 26 receptions for 176 yards. He also had two punt returns for 13 yards.

In his last game in The Game on Thanksgiving weekend, Elliott had 214 rushing yards in a win over the Michigan Wolverines. He also had two rushing touchdowns.

Elliott had two receptions for seven yards in the contest, as well.

It was the second time that he broke 200 rushing yards in a game this season. He had a season-high 274 rushing yards in a win over the Indiana Hoosiers on October 3rd. He also had three rushing touchdowns in the game.
