Josh Gordon’s life is in trouble. The former Cleveland Browns wide receiver is facing another suspension after another failed drug test.
He tested positive for marijuana and a dilute, as he tried to use a masking agent to cover it up. Commissioner Roger Goodell has been noncommittal on if Gordon would return.
It’s pretty bad when Gordon is now living with another former troubled Browns player in Johnny Manziel. The former Texas A&M signal caller lied about living with his former Aggies teammate Von Miller.
Jay Glazer at Fox Sports was the first to break the news. Both Gordon’s “A” and “B” samples were positive for weed and the dilute.
However, the level of marijuana in his system was below the 35 nanogram threshold. However, the dilute is like another positive drug test in the NFL’s policy.
While these reports were breaking, Gordon wrote, “Call me if you need a real story worth writing,” on Twitter.
Manziel and Gordon are reportedly living off of Sunset Blvd. in Calif. Manziel has been out there partying for the past week.
The signal-caller also said he doesn’t think NFL teams have a problem with his partying.
“I don’t think there’s anything wrong with partying, bro,” Manziel said. “There’s a difference between partying and being out of control.”
Sorry, Manziel, your life has been out of control. You just don’t get it.
Gordon has been suspended since last Feb. by the NFL. He applied for reinstatement earlier this year, but Goodell would not take him back right now.
