49ers draft G Joshua Barnett with the 28th overall pick

The San Francisco 49ers moved back into the first-round to make a shocking move. With the 28th overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, the team selected former Stanford guard Joshua Barnett.

Barnett was ranked as a third-rounder by Mel Kiper Jr. The 49ers only had Joe Staley has a good, solid lineman. The rest of the players were not as good.

Anthony Davis said that he wanted to come back to the NFL. However, the tackle said that he doesn’t want to play for the 49ers — and may be traded this weekend if at all.
