The Denver Broncos saw a lot of first-round draft pick Paxton Lynch on Thurs. night. He went 13-of-22 for 214 yards with two touchdowns and an interception in the team’s final preseason game.
Lynch is expected to be the Broncos third quarterback, depending on what the team does with Mark Sanchez. He could replace Trevor Siemian later in the season as the starter.

He also had three carries for 12 yards. Both of his touchdown passes were to Jordan “Sunshine” Taylor — including a 57-yard touchdown against the Arizona Cardinals defense.
He did struggle at times with his accuracy. Yet, he did make some strong plays under presser.
When he tried to throw to Taylor, Lynch was picked off and it was returned for a touchdown by a Cardinals linebacker.
Traditionally, most of the starters to not play a lot during the fourth preseason game.
His performance Thurs. night was better than when he played on Sat. He went six-of-13 for 57 yards — and also had a yard on four carries, though two were kneel downs.
He completed his first four passes when he came into the game. Then, missed seven of his last nine.
