All three service academies have begun the college football season with 2-0 records. It’s the first-time since 1996 that this has happened.
Army and Navy are both in action next week as they look to improve to 3-0. However, the Air Force Falcons are off with a bye week.

On Saturday, the Falcons defeated the Georgia State Panthers, 48-14. The Army Black Knights defeated the Rice Owls, 31-14.
Also, the Navy Midshipmen defeated the Connecticut Huskies, 28-24.
Last week in Week 1, the Midshipmen rolled over the Fordham Rams, 52-16. The Falcons defeated FCS’ Abilene Christian Wildcats, 37-21.
The Black Knights defeated the Temple Owls, 28-13.
In these past two weeks, the Black Knights are the only team who had to travel. They played Temple on Friday, Sept. 2, at Lincoln Financial Field in South Philadelphia.
Plus, it’s the first-time in 70 games that the Black Knights won back-to-back games in a row.
