Simulation: Osweiler throws 3 TD’s in the Texans big win over the Colts

According to our simulation, the Houston Texans defeated the Indianapolis Colts. The Texans defeated the Colts 48-14 at NRG Stadium.

The Colts had 252 total yards in 22 minutes and 49 seconds in time of possession. The Texans had 451 total yards in 37 minutes and 11 seconds.

Texans quarterback Brock Osweiler went 23 of 28 for 344 yards with three touchdowns.

Lamar Miller had 24 carries for 84 yards and two touchdowns. Alfred Blue had nine carries for 31 yards, while Tyler Ervin had five carries for three yards and a touchdown. Jay Prosch had a carry for a yard and Osweiler had three carries for zero yards.

Will Fuller had six receptions for a 100 yards and two touchdowns. Ryan Griffin had five receptions for 68 yards and DeAndre Hopkins had five receptions for 61 yards. Jaelen Strong had a 50 yard reception for a touchdown.

Braxton Miller and C.J. Fiedorowicz each had two receptions for 24 yards. Miller also had two receptions for 17 yards.

Colts quarterback Andrew Luck went 12 of 20 for a 186 yards with a touchdown.

Frank Gore had 14 carries for 88 yards, while Robert Turbin had five carries for four yards and a touchdown. Josh Ferguson had five carries for three yards and Luck had three carries for two yards. Jordan Todman had two carries for -4 yards.

T.Y. Hilton had five receptions for a 103 yards, while Philip Dorsett had two receptions for 24 yards. Chester Rogers had three receptions for 37 yards and Dwayne Allen had two receptions for 22 yards.

Arthur Jones had five tackles for the Colts, while Winston Guy had four tackles. Kendall Langford had four tackles and a sack. Darryl Morris and Mike Adams also had three tackles, while T.Y. McGill also had a sack.

Christian Covington had four tackles and a sack for the Texans. K.J. Dillion and Brennan Scarlett had three tackles. John Simon, D.J. Reader and Johnathan Joseph also had sacks.

After the break, the Texans scored 28 straight points. Strong caught a 50-yard touchdown reception, before Ervin scored on a one-yard run. As time expired in the third, Fuller caught a 15-yard touchdown reception.

With 6:28 left in the game, Nick Novak made a 45 yard field goal. Miller then scored on a 28-yard run with 1:44 left.

Rogers scored for the Colts with 53 seconds left to make it 48-14.

The Texans led 17-7 at halftime. They scored 17 unanswered points in the second quarter, as Miller scored on a seven-yard run. Then Fuller caught a 10-yard touchdown reception, before Nick Novak’s 49 yard field goal with seven seconds left.

Turbin scored on a nine-yard run to give the Colts a 7-0 first quarter lead.
