Simulation: Falcons score 2 TD’s, FG in win over the Chargers

According to our simulation, the Atlanta Falcons defeated the San Diego Chargers. The Falcons won 17-6 over the Chargers.

The Chargers had 249 total yards in 31 minutes and nine seconds in time of possession. The Falcons had 309 yards in 28 minutes and 51 seconds.

Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan went 17 of 23 for 172 yards. He also had a touchdown pass and an interception.

Devonta Freeman had 13 carries for a 119 yards and a touchdown. Tevin Coleman had 13 carries for 34 yards, while Ryan had a carry for -3 yards.

Coleman had three receptions for 63 yards, while Mohamed San had four receptions for 38 yards. Julio Jones had five receptions for 34 yards. Justin Hardy had two receptions for 15 yards.

Jacob Tamme had a catch for 15 yards, while Freeman had a catch for seven yards.

Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers went 20 of 26 for a 188 yards. He also had an interception.

Melvin Gordon had 20 carries for 70 yards, while Kennth Farrow had seven carries for nine yards. Derek Watt had a carry for a yard. Rivers had two carries for a yard.

Andre Williams had two carries for -3 yards.

Tyrell Williams had six receptions for 62 yards, while Travis Benjamin had four receptions for 48 yards. Hunter Henry had four receptions for 43 yards. Gordon had three receptions for 18 yards. Dontrelle Inman had three receptions for 17 yards.

Caraun Reid led the Chargers with six tackles, while Craig Mager had four tackles. Pierre Desir, Melvin Ingram and Darrell Stuckey had three tackles each. Stuckey had a sack and an interception, while Adrian Phillips also had a sack.

Ra’Shede Hageman led the Falcons with four tackles. The Falcons had eight players with three tackles each. Robinson Therese had a sack and Courtney Upshaw had two. Josh Harrison had an interception.

Josh Lambo made a 29-yard field goal with 14:49 left in the game.

Gabriel caught a five-yard touchdown.

The Falcons led 10-3 at halftime. Freeman scored on an eight-yard run.

As time expired in the second quarter, Matt Bryant made a 35-yard field goal.

Lambo also had a field goal for the Chargers.
