Simulation: Saints beat the Chiefs with four Lutz FG’s, 3 TD’s

According to our whatifsports.com simulation, the New Orleans Saints defeated the Kansas City Chiefs. The Saints won 33-17 over the Chiefs.

The Saints had 418 total yards in 33 minutes and 56 seconds in time of possession. The Chiefs had 283 total yards in 26 minutes and four seconds.

Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith went nine of 16 for a 114 yards. He had two touchdown passes and an interception.

Spencer Ware had 14 carries for 76 yards, while Charcandrick West had nine carries for 45 yards. Smith had four carries for 25 yards and Jamaal Charles had 10 carries for 23 yards.

Travis Kelce had six receptions for 70 yards and two touchdowns. Jeremy Maclin had two receptions for 32 yards, while Chris Conley had a catch for 12 yards.

Saints quarterback Drew Brees went 17 of 23 for a 255 yards. He had three touchdown passes and an interception.

Mark Ingram had 21 carries for 81 yards, while Tim Hightower had 11 carries for 69 yards. John Kuhn had six carries for 12 yards.

Brees had two carries for a yard.

Michael Thomas had four receptions for 80 yards and a touchdown. Willie Snead had three receptions for 67 yards and a touchdown. Coby Fleener had five receptions for 39 yards.

Ingram had a catch for 21 yards. Brandin Cooks had two receptions for 20 yards, while Travaris Cadet had a catch for 17 yards. Kuhn had a catch for 11 yards.

David Onyemata had four tackles for the Saints, while Michael Mauti and Nate Stupar had three tackles each. Jairus Byrd had the interception.

Jaye Howard had five tackles for the Chiefs, while Sio Moore, Chris Jones and D.J. Alexander had four tackles each. Philip Gaines had the interception.

Kelce had a 14-yard touchdown reception for the Chiefs. Cairo Santos also booted a 22-yard field goal.

Cadet caught a 17-yard touchdown reception, while Wil Lutz made two field goals.

The Saints led 20-7 over the Chiefs at halftime.

Lutz had two field goals, while Thomas added a 25-yard touchdown reception.

Snead also had a 50-yard touchdown reception.

Kelce had a six-yard touchdown reception for the Chiefs.
