Simulation: Vikings keep their perfect season going with a late Diggs TD

According to our simulation, the Minnesota Vikings defeated the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field. The Vikings won 23-21 over the Eagles.

The Vikings had 368 total yards in 37 minutes and 10 seconds in time of possession. The Eagles had 234 total yards in 22 minutes and 50 seconds.

Vikings quarterback Sam Bradford went 19 of 34 for 209 yards. He had two touchdown passes and an interception.

Matt Asiata had 15 carries for 70 yards, while Jerick McKinnon had 19 carries for 39 yards. Zach Line had four carries for 35 yards, while Ronnie Hillman had three carries for 15 yards and a touchdown.

Bradford had a carry for six yards.

Stefon Diggs had five receptions for 62 yards and a touchdown, while McKinnon had two receptions for 44 yards and Kyle Rudolph had two receptions for 27 yards. Adam Thielen had two receptions for 20 yards.

Charles Johnson had two receptions for 18 yards. Hillman had two receptions for 16 yards, while Line had two receptions for 10 yards and Rhett Ellison had a catch for 10 yards.

Asiata had a catch for two yards.

Eagles quarterback Carson Went went 7 of 17 for 51 yards. He had three touchdown passes and had an interception.

Ryan Mathews had 16 carries for a 103 yards, while Wendell Smallwood had seven carries for 70 yards. Darren Sproles had eight carries for 24 yards.

Wentz had two carries for two yards. Kenjon Barnes had a carry for -3 yards.

Nelson Agholor had three receptions for 31 yards and a touchdown, while Zach Ertz had two receptions for nine yards and a touchdown. Jordan Matthews also had a catch for seven yards and a touchdown.

Dorial Green-Beckham had a catch for four yards.

Justin Trattou led the Vikings with four tackles. Kentrell Brothers, Edmond Robinson, Anthony Barr, Andrew Sendejo and Captain Munnerlyn had two tackles each. Barr had two tackles, while Harrison Smith had an interception.

Ron Brooks and Vinny Curry led the Eagles with five tackles each. Destiny Vaeao, Jordan Hicks, Nigel Bradham and Connor Barwin had four tackles each. Brooks had an interception, while Barwin had a sack.

As the time expired, Bradford hit Diggs for a nine-yard touchdown.

The Eagles to a 21-17 lead when Ertz caught a five-yard touchdown.

Matthews and Agholor caught touchdown receptions to get the game close.

The Vikings led 17-0 at after three quarters. Asiata and Hillman accounted for two rushing touchdowns, while Blair Walsh also made a 36-yard field goal.
